In February 2013, GL Homes unveiled Valencia Cove, the newest addition to their acclaimed Valencia series. The first 822 home sites were made available for sale on April 20, 2013. Situated in Boynton Beach on Lyons Road, between Boynton Beach Blvd and Atlantic Avenue, Valencia Cove is the 8th Valencia community developed by GL Homes. Signature Collection: Homes range from 1,550 a/c square feet to 2,408 a/c square feet. New models introduced at Valencia Cove include the Atlantica and the Bimini.
Vintage Collection: Homes range from 2,301 a/c square feet to 2,732 a/c square feet.
Crown Collection: Homes range from 2,787 a/c square feet to 3,273 a/c square feet. New models introduced at Valencia Cove include the Avila Grande, Bal Harbour, Carlyle, and the Charleston Grande. The Crown Collection offers numerous additional standard features, including a double oven package, full granite backsplash in the kitchen, 24-inch porcelain tile, and solid core doors, among others.
