These photos need to capture a buyers interest that are looking online and also other real estate agents selecting properties from the MLS to show to their clients. Drone photography and virtual tours may also be used to present your home.

MLS Multiple Listing Service

Your home will be loaded into the multiple listing service with the professional photos. Every agent has an equal opportunity to show and sell your home, always with a prior days notice.

Showing Appointments

I accompany on every showing making sure the property is presented in the best light possible. If I am unavailable at a specific time, one of my showing assistants would be present to stand in my place.

Communication and Feedback

After each and every showing, I make a diligent effort to contact the other agent to see if they have any feedback and/or whether there was any interest generated from the showing.

All residents within the community will receive a JUST LISTED custom postcard outlining strengths and special features of the property. All prospective buyers that visit the home will receive a custom flyer listing the specifications and/or upgrades of your home.

Offers to Purchase

Once we receive an offer, I begin to carefully negotiate the price and terms to your benefit. Above and beyond negotiating the best possible price, I also pride myself in listening carefully to the motives and needs of both sides so that I can openly negotiate a scenario that is a win/win for both sides. As the seller, you were always in the driver seat in terms of what you will and will not accept.
